Acne Skin Care Regimen
Some good skin care products??
Okay so I have tried Proactiv, Benzaclin, and many many many other products. Nothing really seems to work! I have combination dry/oily skin…and I am so tired of battling acne and constant skin care regimens. I am just so ready for clear skin. I’ve been to a dermatologist and everything. Can any of you recommend any really good products or maybe something herbal?
eat almonds and tuna, it helps the natural healthy oils in the skin. Also take vitamin e and drink lots of water. Water is so important to the skin. Most of the time it’s not what we put ontop of the skin but what we put into our bodies. And if you smoke, forget it, your skin is suffering.
