What’s the difference between Elf’s shimmering facial whip and Elf’s all over color sticks?
Just wanted to know, and also, im going to get one of them in spotlight as a highlighter, sooo would be great if you could tell me which is better,
As a highlight, I would say the shimmering facial whip. The color stick is more like a semi-foundation or concealer I think.
