Best Skin Care Moisturizers
What are the best skin care products?

moisturizer, toner, cleasner etc. Not really for acne but for moisturizing and wrinkle prevention. (im in my 20s)
I prefer natural but will settle for chems if need be. also what are some other skin care tips?
Cost is not a factor

It’s a fact that as we grow older our skin dries and wrinkles appear.

But to properly answer your question, i’ll address drying skin first. Then I’ll come to wrinkles.

Ok, let’s go.

To properly moisturize aging skin requires more than a normal-everyday moisturizer.

You see these everyday moisturizers only moistens the top layer of skin (the epidermis). However the lower layer (the dermis) is neglected.

That’s why it’s possible for your face to still feels dry and tight after moisturizing.

So to properly moisturize, use a moisturizing serum. These are designed to penetrate and function deep inside of the skin. They are ideal for providing that much needed moisture to the dermis.

Ok, now let’s look at wrinkles.

The main cause of wrinkles is sunlight.

The UV rays from the sun thins the skin. They also breakdown the skin’s collagen. And collagen is responsible for keeping the skin firm and upright.

But aggressively exfoliating combats the effects of the sun and prevents wrinkles.

Exfoliation removes the epidermis of the skin. This causes the skin to regrow thicker and also stimulates collagen production.

The top exfoliating processes are: chemical peels, laser peels and microdermabrasion. And these processes can be done at a doctor’s office. However it’s possible to but at-home versions of chemical peels and microdermabrasion creams.

The only difference here is depth. Peels that are done at a doctor’s office will be deeper than the at-home substitutes.

Now I know you prefer natural products and the taught of chemical and laser peels might turn you off but……

……here’s a natural way to exfoliate.

Use grapes. That’s right. Grapes.

The acid found in grapes (alpha-hydroxy acid) is the same acid used in chemical peels and glycolic pads. This acid also has similar effects on the skin.

Just purchase some grapes and mash them together in a bowl. Then spread them on your face. The acid will peel away the epidermis and stimulate the production of collagen.

But whether you decide to purchase products or keep it naural, just remember……

……as you grow older, deep moisturizing and aggressive exfoliation are your best friends. Use them and your skin will age gracefully.
