Bleeding Love Tanning
my new baby bunny bites me when i hold her and once she made me bleed! how can i get her to stop biting?

i love her alot but she keeps biting me and it really hurts! i dont want to get rid of her because she is so adorable and she will cuddle with me when she feels like it but most of the time she bites me and tries to get away. how can i get her to stop biting without punishing her ( i know punishing them never works ) she is sooo adorable! she is white with tan and grey spots on her! i think she is a rex. but anyway plz help me out because the biting reallly hurts!

Try to pinpoint exactly what you are doing with her when she is biting you. The reason is that you may be inadvertently threatening or hurting her.

Rabbits don’t particularly enjoy being lifted. In fact, many of them die becuase they are lifted improperly and their kidneys burst.

Please purchase a good, recently published book on rabbits as pets. Dwarf rabbits need a lot of socialization and interactions that are positive, or they can become quite nasty and vicious little pets! They are social animals, so one housed alone needs extra attention.

Give her other things to chew on, if it seems she is not biting aggressively. Other than that, I would get a rabbit training book. Training always helps increase the human-animal bond and it can be very fun.

Best of luck to you and your pet!
