Galvanic High Frequency

How do I use Galvanic High Frequency unit? And is Gels needed?
I have both a galvanic machine and a high frequency machine, they both do two different things.
The galvanic actually pushes products further into the skin than they would be able to go with just topical application.
The High Frequency machine is used to oxygenate the skin. It works especially well if you use it in conjunction with gauze or cheese cloth. O2 is great for the skin because bacteria is anaerobic which means they can not live with oxygen thus killing off bacteria. It also helps to take any redness or inflammation out of the skin.
DO NOT use these machines if you have not been trained in them or have an aesthetics license, they can hurt or burn someone, especially the galvanic machine. This is working with electrical current!
