When you buy Mary Kay Indulge Soothing Eye Mask brand new is it sealed?
I just received a Mary Kay Indulge Soothing Eye Mask that is supposedly new. There is no seal over it which means someone could have used it on their eyes and put the cap back on without me knowing it. I want to know from other people who have bought or buy Indulge Soothing Eye Mask (Mary Kay) if the product is supposed to have a seal when you buy it new. The one I received is in the box and with a cap but I did not have to break a seal. Is this typical?
I am a Mary Kay consultant and the soothing eye gel does not come sealed within the box. Mary Kay products are always 100% guaranteed if you are to experience any problems.
The eye mask is safe to use. I use it all the time and love it.
