I’ve got a dusty pink dress teamed with purple purse/shoes is it too much to wear a purple eyeliner?

The dress is a dull/dusty pink halterneck from warehouse with diamond style at the front. If the purple eyeliner is too much could you offer any advice on any other colours? I’ve got blonde hair, green eyes, fairly tanned complexion.

I have a habit of matching my make to my outfit, so I’m all in favor of the purple eyeliner. Esp. with the green eyes and blonde hair, your eyes will pop.
