Where did the comment “Black people can’t swim” come from?
I think its stupid we have scholars and professionals saying people with brown skin can’t swim. There are tribal peoples in Africa that need to swim to obtain food and live their daily lives. There are jungles and there are rivers and bodies of water, of course people will swim if they must, its their environment! Some people don’t want to swim and some do. But it looks like a bunch of attention-hungry, competitive 2 year olds arguing, when white people debate the dumb topic: “black people can’t swim.” Some people just don’t want to swim, who cares anyhow?
I think its another stupid lie made up by people who want to fight over silly things. Some people don’t want to swim and some do. Brown people all over the world swim if they feel like it, we have arms and legs, we can move them around and swim, Simple. Being pink or pale does not automatically make you a deep sea diver. Its just stupid.
