Question for Health care Professional. – Thanks?

In August I had a medically induced labor due to sever birth defects. It was considered a high risk pregnancy. I was six months pregnant. The doctor used laminaria to start the labor and I also had an epidural as I was in labor for 12 hrs. Since this happened, I have had a real problem with my eyes feeling dry all the time. Also, my mouth is always dry as well as my skin. I have tried drinking plenty of water, but it don’t seem to help. However, the biggest problem is the eyes. They are always dry. For the first month or so I cried daily. However, that has changed. Do you know what would cause this?

are you on any medication? Certain medications can cause something calleed xerstomia which is pretty much what would cause the dryness. If not then I would contact a dr and see what it might be.
