PLEASE! Can anyone provide me a good skin care routine to prevent pimples and keep skin looking healthy?
(preferably products on sale in stores in the uk)
Well heres the story. Im 16, and have been suffering with moderate acne since i was 8-9 years old. So ive had confidence issues since before i hit puberty. I was using loads of products on my skin and it got worse, so i was told by my doctor to just wash with water, then use one type of skin product after about 6-12 months when the products are out of my system. However, seen as he isnt a dermatologist and there is none in the area, i was wonderng if the kind people of yahoo could recomend a skin care routine for me? thanks
BONUS QUESTION: Which moisturising cream is better for your skin, E45 or Nivea? thanks again x
