Skin Mood Tanning
How can I look more Native?

I’m a little less than half American Indian, but look a lot like my mom. I got my air from my maternal grandfather, and so it turns blonde-ish in the sun. My skin tans some (usually gets to be a nice, bronze color in the summer), but I wouldn’t want to go tanning a) because it’s too expensive, and b) because I don’t wan to risk skin Cancer.
How can I look more Native? I kinda want to dye my hair darker, and I always wish that I had darker skin. Also, my eyes have actually gotten lighter in color over the past year or so. They change from light brown to black depending on my mood.

Oh, and if it helps, my native blood is mostly Mohawk, Iroquois.

That will be easy just dye your hair black, and buy spay/rub on tan.

You already have the Native American eye and nose shape. You also have some qualities of the Native American facial structure. The problem is that you don’t really have the coloring and hair texture.

Native Americans have very straight black hair. Where as Caucasians have lighter and only somewhat straight, yet slightly wavy hair. Most Caucasians think their hair is straight, but it actually isn’t. Only East Asians and Native Americans have naturally straight hair. Also only Native Americans and East Asians have Black hair! African Americans and Hispanics have very dark brown hair, but seen under a microscope you will see that only Native Americans, and East Asians have black hair.

So the first thing you should do is go the store and buy black hair coloring. Second thing you should do is dye your hair and use shampoo’s that straighten your hair. Third thing buy a straightener and use that on your hair also. Your hair color and texture is the most important thing you could do to accent and enhance your natural Native American looks. That by itself will do a LOT!!!

Your skin tone as you mentioned is also off. So the Best thing you could do is buy sun screen with SPF of 10 and the Hawaiian sun tan oil, and lay out by the beach or by a pool. Do this once or twice a week. Over time your tan will build. The sun screen will protect your skin from burning and from skin cancer. While the sun tan oil will tan you. This will help bring out your natural Native American skin tone.

If you don’t have the time for that then buy the spay on or rub in tans. The drawback is that they kinda make the skin look a little orange.

Hope that helps!!!!!!!
