I don’t want to be critical but your About You page needs some work. There are too many “you, yours and we” in there.
I would think that your cheapest way to introduce the website and business is to to mass email to all dentists and medical center’s in the UK.
But please try rewording your about you page before you start to receive traffic to the site.
